This was probably the easiest villa we have ever had to repaint. The current owners had maintained this property superbly which meant that our job was to simply give it a face lift. As this property was out in the Waitakere ranges the owners wanted colours that helped blend in with the landscape.
Quickly gained confidence in Andrew’s ability.
Andrew was always punctual and reliable, remaining on the job until it was complete. Being a perfectionist myself, I quickly gained confidence in Andrew’s ability as I saw the pride he took in his work. He was thorough in his preparation and his finishing was outstanding, as noted by both myself and my father-in-law who was staying with us. An example of his meticulous workmanship was highlighted when he repainted some windowsills which he wasn’t satisfied with.
